Fleury
Le Champagne Fleury is an artisanal Champagne house, a pioneer in the Domaine of biodynamic viticulture and the production of organic Champagnes. Founded in 1895 by Emile Fleury, this family-run house is located in the village of Courteron, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the Champagne region.
The Fleury family history goes back more than five generations, when Emile Fleury decided to embark on viticulture and the production of Champagne. Over the years, the Fleury family has passed on its winemaking know-how and heritage from generation to generation, preserving an attachment to traditional values while adopting innovative practices.

Description Fleury Sonate 2012.
A nod to the complex and harmonic expression of the notes that make up this masterpiece...
It is a blended champagne produced exclusively on the Fleury vineyard with 60% Pinot Noir grapes and 40% Chardonnay. The grapes were selected and picked manually from 35-year-old vines.
Partially matured in French oak barrels, the wine will then age for several years in the bottle in the cellars of the House.
The color is shiny gold.
Perfume and flavor: very beautiful harmonic palette with a great aromatic presence on flavors of brioche, lightly toasted bread, candied fruit with notes of stewed quince and Belchard apple.
Perfect as an aperitif but also throughout a meal to enhance turbots, John Dory, Basque-style grilled chiperons, or white meats or even desserts such as peach Melba, Belle-Hélène pear or chocolate fondant
