J.M Goulard

The Champagne J.M Goulard embodies an exciting family history, a deep-rooted winemaking tradition and an unwavering devotion to quality and craftsmanship. Founded by the Goulard family, this Champagne house located in the picturesque Vallée de la Marne region of Champagne, is the fruit of a rich heritage and an ongoing quest for excellence.

The family's history dates back several generations, when Jean-Marie Goulard laid the foundations for what would become an iconic Champagne house. This history is marked by a deep passion for terroir, vines and Champagne tradition.

Terroir is the backbone of its exceptional Champagnes. Vineyards stretch across the steep hills of the Vallée de la Marne, a prime location for growing the region's emblematic grape varieties: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The clay-limestone soils characteristic of Vallée de la Marne give the grapes a unique expression and optimal ripeness.

The grape varieties reflect the diversity of Champagne. Grape varieties are planted with care, taking into account the particularities of each plot and each grape variety, to create balanced and expressive cuvées.

Description J.M Goulard Cuvée 2500.

2500 : Assemblage du Massif de Saint-Thierry

Vin de Réserve : 25%

This blend of three grape varieties is the long aging of cuvée LaSereine. 2500 days minimum separate the harvest from disgorgement.

The long aging reveals the potential of La Sereine. The elegance, always present, is sublimated by the tertiary aromas developed in the cellar by this long ageing period.
