In 1859, the Maison Duval-Leroy est crée par l'association d'Armand Leroy et de Jules Duval.
Today, the estate cultivates 200 hectares planted mainly with grape varieties Chardonnay from parcels classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru at the very top of the Crus scale created in 1911.
This House based in Vertus in Champagne is currently run by the 6th generation.
Nowadays, the House produces many qualities, each more remarkable than the next.
This champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, harvested atBouzyclassified Grand Cru located on the Montagne deReims. It is a mono-varietal and mono-cru champagne from which only 3258 bottles were produced.
The totality was vinified in oak barrels.
