Ragnaud Sabourin: Since 1850, this family-run business has been philosophically perpetuating the great traditions of this unique brand.

Successive generations, Gaston Briand and Marcel Ragnaud the ancestor and founder for the past have exploited this magnificent Domaine from which is drawn this Cognac exclusively Grande Champagne, Premier Cru from the Region of Cognac Annie Ragnaud Sabourin accompanied by her son Olivier for the present and future continue to rely on the family's ancestral know-how.

The Cognacs Ragnaud-Sabourin come exclusively from the vineyard called Domaine de la Voute and are exclusively Grande Champagne, classified Premier Cru from the Region of Cognac.

Description Ragnaud Sabourin Florilège.

It is a cognac distilled from wines harvested on the very chalky slopes of Grande Champagne Premier Cru and planted with 60% Ugni-Blanc and 40% Folle-Blanche grapes.

Folle blanche, a grape variety that was widespread before the phylloxera crisis that destroyed almost the entire vineyard in the 1880s. This variety is now slowly being reintroduced.

The color is mahogany due to a prolonged aging in red barrels only.

The nose is very flowery with hints of spring white flowers of quince, cherry and pear.

In the mouth: very good persistence and length marked by nuances of dried tobacco leaves.
