Château de Beaulon

Château de Beaulon is a benchmark in the world of Cognac eau-de-vie and pineau des Charentes production.

This blend is then put into French oak barrels and aged for at least 10 years.

La robe is very dark and sustained oeil de perdrix.

Both the nose and the palate offer splendid flavors and aromas of black cherries such as Burlat or Pays Basque, or coeur de pigeon and Montmorency, with hints of blackcurrant, cinnamon on a long finish of mocha and cocoa.

Wine and food pairings: foie gras  or magret de canard à la plancha, lobster fricassee, or gambas, hot oysters at Champagne.
