Today, the Grand Corbin vineyard covers 37 hectares in a single block, 28.5 hectares of which are Grand Crus Classés de Saint Emilion.
The necessary resources have been invested to modernize the infrastructures and embellish the late 19th-century building, no pharaonic works, the main thing being to equip ourselves with a high-performance technical tool and offer a warm welcome to visitors.
Since July 2021, Domaine has been managed by the SMA Group, which includes Château Cantemerle, Grand Cru Classé Haut Médoc.

Grand Corbin's silica-on-blue-clay soil is very special, with very different terroir identities. Since 2022, the team has been refining its understanding of this terroir to capture its identity and craft wines that are ever more faithful to their origins. As Axel Marchal, who has been with the estate for two years, explains, "a great wine must be a faithful reflection of a place. Our work at Grand Corbin consists of gaining in precision to respect soil types and best express the identities of this great terroir, anchored in its appellation."
This new approach has resulted in a tasty, fruit-forward 2023 vintage. Each grape variety was harvested at optimum ripeness, in perfect health. The delicate textures, smoothness and mellowness of this vintage are the result of a precise approach to winemaking.
