Laurent-Perrier

What connoisseur of Champagnes doesn't know Maison Laurent-Perrier, whose sumptuous cuvées possess an almost refreshing taste of history? A veritable benchmark within the circle of great Champagne houses, Maison Laurent-Perrier has always demonstrated an innovative spirit, displaying a very distinctive style of finesse and elegance for two centuries now.

On the nose: first attack on citrus fruits such as pineapple followed by touches of dried fruits such as apricot with a finish on nuances of jammy mirabelle plums.

In the mouth: perfect balance between freshness and intensity. Very nice fine touches of white peaches and plums.

To be served around 9-10 ° C.

Food / wine pairing: an unforgettable marriage with white meats in sauce with some mushrooms and black Périgord truffles.

The harvest began in mid-September in dry and cool weather, which produced grapes in perfect sanitary condition, with very fine Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs.

These high-quality grapes reveal a magnificent aromatic richness which presaged an exceptional vintage.
