Bollinger

In the heart of the village of Aÿ, the House Bollinger enjoys a universal prestige that is no longer to be proven, always in search of excellence. Proof of this is the fact that on the one hand, Bollinger is one of the Rares to own and produce their own grapes for the production of their vintages, but that it is also the only one to still have a cooper in residence.

The latter maintains the 3500 barrels, some of which are over 100 years old, day after day. A centuries-old know-how that the House Bollinger is committed to perpetuate.

Description Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2007.

It is a Champagne of assembly of only one year coming from several terroirs classified Grand Cru mainly and Premier Cru.

Only the great years are retained, such as 2002 and 2005, where the fragrances, floral in particular, were expressed with generosity.

The dress is pink with tenderness.

In the nose: notes of raspberries, wild strawberries and candied fruits delicately coated in greedy aromas like acacia honey.

In the mouth: the wine is vinous to pleasure with a delicate elegance on red berries.

Perfect as an aperitif.
