The Champagne Fleur de Miraval ER3 (Exclusively Rosé) is a Champagne Rosé that elegantly combines the intensity of the grand crus of the Côte des blancs with the complexity of its perpetual Réserve. Composed of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, it features a moderate dosage of 4.5 g/l.
To the eye, ER3 seduces with its extremely delicate pale pink color. The captivating nose offers a complex, subtle aromatic palette in which aromas of white flowers, redcurrant and wild strawberry are revealed, complemented by a few smoky touches, a sign of mastered ageing.
On the palate, this Champagne reveals a particularly fine, airy bubble. While the attack is marked by white fruit and citrus aromas, the mid-palate builds around more complex notes of candied fruit, sweet spices and toasted almonds.
